- Present menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service
- Record orders in POS System
- Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen/service bars
- Observe guest and respond to any additional requests
- Total bills and accept payments
- Always maintain composure and hospitality nature with guests and other staff
- Hospitable
- Has server experience in full service restaurants preferred (1-3 years, but willing to train the right candidate)
- Has flexible schedule to work during nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand for 5 to 7 hours
- Ability to lift and move 20 to 30 pounds
- Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships

Founded in 1974 by the father and son team of Charley and Ron Woodsby, Talk of the Town Restaurant Group encompasses six restaurants in the Central Florida area, including Charley’s Steak House, FishBones, Texas Cattle Company and Vito’s Chop House. The locally owned, Orlando based company has a long-standing history of success in the restaurant industry. Ron’s son, Clark Woodsby has since joined the company as Executive Vice President to continue three generations of the family's restaurant business.
